In all other cases..if your Archos runs fine --just copy the firmware to the Archos drive you see when you connect it to your computer..just copy to the root.. Now if you just like me tried the 2.21 and failled this is the only way that will let you reset her again. You also need a program called rk android and that will let you connect to your device - FOLLOW THESE STEPS- 1 PUT YOUR DEVICE ON HOLD (POWER BOTTOM TO THE RIGHT) 2 PRESS THE RESET AT THE BACK FOR 15 SECONDS OR LONGER 3 THEN CONNECT YOUR ARCHOS WITH THE PC VIA USB.. 4 YOUR PC WILL ASK FOR A DRIVER..BROWSE TO YOUR RK ANDROID FOLDER AND CHOOSE YOUR 64 BIT OR 32 BIT DRIVER XP IS SUPPPORTED ASWEL.. 5 NOW YOU ARE CONNCTED ..GO TO RK ANDROID AND BROWSE TO THE FLASH UPDATE FILE.. AND HIT UPDATE --EVEN WHEN YOU NEED TO DOWNGRADE..HIT UPDATE !!!! 6 AFTER PROCES IS DONE-PUT ON YOUR ARCHOS AND ENJOY !! YOU WILL HAVE MANY MANY APPS THAT WHERE NEVER AVAILABLE VIA ARCHOS -YOU WILL HAVE A WONDERFULL WORKING SYSTEM THAT LOOKS OUTSTANDING ..MADE BY KNIGHTDOMINIAN..RESPECT TO THIS BROTHER OF MINE.
